In 2023, we proudly launched the Each One Teach One program, an initiative designed to empower young graduates by providing practical student placements and bridging the gap between education and employment. This program is a cornerstone of our commitment to nurturing talent and driving sustainable growth in the construction industry.
Through strategic partnerships with esteemed institutions like the College of Cape Town and the UK-based Chartered Institute of Build (CIOB) as our training partner, we ensure participants gain access to top-tier resources, mentorship, and real-world experience. The program not only equips students with essential skills but also fosters a new generation of leaders ready to make a meaningful impact in the industry.
The Each One Teach One program embodies our mission to construct opportunities, empower communities, and champion innovation on a global scale.
We are running an in-service training program for N6 students to complete their practical studies.
This program mentors, upskill and develops young individuals who lack work experience and helps students with work readiness skills. We aim to reach as many students as possible.
