Golden Rewards 1981 cc is a Construction Company founded in 2010 by Mampho Sotshongaye. We are based in Kuilsriver, Cape Town and have a staff complement of more than 30. We specialise in Road Maintenance, Vegetation Management, Fencing and related services.
Even though our primary focus is on the maintenance of major national routes, provincial routes and municipal roads, our expertise extends to incorporate construction projects throughout the Western Cape.
We pride ourselves on high-standard construction and maintenance techniques by being competitive, and innovative by offering our clients superior service and providing our employees a pleasant working environment and personal growth opportunities.

Gabion Works, Paving, Road Pavement Repairs, Fencing, Stone Pitching, Laying of Kerbs & Channels, Steel Fixing, Guardrails, Culverts and Concrete/lined Side Drains and Side Walks.
Vegetation Control Services
We offer a variety of vegetation management services, including Alien Vegetation Clearing, Tree Felling, Road Reserve Mowing, and Landscaping.
Our Programmes
In 2023, we launched the Each One Teach One program, which aims to make a positive impact on the lives of young graduates enrolled in colleges and universities who require student placement. Some of our key partners include the College of Cape Town, Thembalakuthi, and Womandla.
Mentorship
We are running a Civil engineering internship programme for N6 students who need to complete their practical studies.
This program helps to mentor, upskill and develop our young people who lack the necessary work experience.
The programme also helps students with work readiness skills. We aim to reach as many students as we can
